Doing the Green Belt Six Sigma Course through Benchmark Six Sigma has been a great learning experience. One would have thought that an online class would be difficult; however the simplicity of the course presentation, the professional instructors and well designed course material made it easier for us to comprehend the course material. The course was very well organized making us feel as though we were in a class room. The organisation of the DMAIC into the Tau, Gamma and Psi Modules was very innovative making it easier to understand the concepts. The trainer besides being thorough in his knowledge on the subject has the ability to explain difficult concepts in a very simple and concise manner. After having attended this online course, and gaining confidence in the quality of instructions, I am looking forward to doing other courses with Benchmark Six Sigma.
