Benchmark Six Sigma – Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

When a participant registers in a course, he/she expresses intent to follow the terms and conditions shown here and also indicates acceptance of refund and cancellation policy as mentioned below.

  1. Once a participant registers for an Online Training program, they accept that cancellation or refund is not possible. In exceptional cases, and only before being granted access to the online Academy, a participant may request cancellation by paying a 25% administration fee. Alternatively, before gaining access to the academy, a participant may opt out without penalty by providing a substitute participant to cover the paid fees.
  2. Once a participant gains access to Benchmark Six Sigma Online Academy, all possibilities of cancellation and refund are eliminated.
  3. Postponement requests from participants must be communicated at least 3 days in advance. Changing to a different batch also requires similar advance notice. A participant is allowed to change batches only once after registration.
  4. For live online sessions only: In special circumstances where the trainer is unable to conduct a scheduled live online session, the participant agrees to accept one of the following alternatives: a) A recording of the session will be provided. b) The participant may attend the same session in a future time slot. This provision applies exclusively to live online sessions and not to other forms of training or pre-recorded content.
  5. None of our programs are cancelled or postponed by Benchmark Six Sigma. In the rare event that Benchmark Six Sigma cancels or postpones any of its programs, participants have the option to request a 100% refund. However, no interest will be paid on the deposited amount.
  6. By registering for this training, participants accept these terms regarding potential session rescheduling, recording provisions, refunds, and cancellations.
