The practical approach, focus on real life scenarios, easy explanation is what I liked about the course. The trainer was exceptional who conveyed complex and theoretical knowledge with so much ease, keeping it interesting, interactive and very practical. His engagement in session has been par excellence. And the examples were so relatable. I am really glad for taking up this batch. I liked the fact that explanations went in-depth using some good examples and also the fact that I was able to properly relate the content of the whole course to my work and how it can be applied. The training was of very high impact when comparing pre and post knowledge gained. I would really love to ensure maximum use of the various tools thought during the training. The trainer was a good, jovial and very knowledgeable, who was able to properly pass on the knowledge to the audience.
