Devendra Sharma has 10 plus years of experience. He started his journey in Moser Baer. He is an auditor for ISO 9000, Quality Management System, ISO 14000 and SE 8000.
He is trained on 6 Sigma Green Belt, DMAIC tools by phase, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies of quality improvement. He worked in Six Sigma Manufacturing where he worked on few projects on cost effectiveness and moved in quality improvement of service sector where he used his knowledge of 5S Kaizen & DMAIC tools by phase.
He feels that organization generate data but people do not use it properly, if DMAIC tools by phase and lean methodologies are used there can be immense benefit to the companies. He wanted to enhance his knowledge on Lean Methodologies and augment his knowledge on quality improvement. He joined Benchmark Six Sigma and is keen on implementing Six Sigma methodologies for operations of Mumbai airport.
