Roopa Menon has over 26 years of corporate experience in various business grows like operations, customer service delivery, and business development from renowned firms like HDFC, ITC, Airtel, Idea Cellular and McMillan India Ltd. She feels that her drive for quality and the passion to deliver performance excellence have been fine-tuned during her stints. She currently works in the service sector in the capacity of a Business Process Consultant where she understands the business needs of the client, be it reducing their cost or maximizing profits by facilitating process improvement and process re-engineering. She chose to train under Benchmark Six Sigma. She says that the striking aspect of Benchmark Six Sigma is that if one has the drive and aptitude for quality then their training methods help in fine-tuning one’s focus. They provide structured knowledge in terms of the techniques taught and train one to objectively arrive at the desired solution.
