Dr. Shefali Singh is a physiotherapist by profession and is currently pursuing her MBA from Symbiosis International University.
She has been working closely with QCI, JCI, NABH standards. Quality for her is process enhancement through Six Sigma using DMAIC tools by phase. She feels Six Sigma approach to the quality course with Benchmark is great, with prompt responses and feasible schedules. She feels that MBA gave her more theoretical knowledge but now day companies want quick results. She is certain that Six Sigma approach to quality aids in data driven decision making. She says the course was really good with simplest queries handled neatly. The DMAIC tools by phase those she has learned are of much value and especially Pareto chart, Control chart, Annova, Chi-square, Sigma level values enthralled her and looking forward to applying them in projects undertaken.
