  1. Most of the answers were able to create the obvious 1x1 relationship between ADKAR and DMAIC. There are 2 answers that go beyond the obvious and hence have been selected as the joint winners - Rohit and Akkul. Well done!
  2. All the published answers are great to read. Crowd sourcing of ideas at its best The winning answer has been provided by Rohit Kurup. Well done!
  3. Very interesting answers from all as I guess we all can relate to this question at a certain level It was a tough decision to make, so I chose the easy way out There are 2 winners for this question - Rohit and Akkul.

  5. Priyanka has provided the best answer to this question. Well done! P.S. - There is a very interesting story about how Britons and Americans during the World War II were initially misled by survivorship bias while they were researching and strengthening their air planes. Do read up on it. But then isn't history all about survivorship bias
  6. The best answer is provided by Puneet Vohra. Well done! P.S. There were 10 answers posted, however, 8 of them could not be approved because they either failed the AI generated content or plagiarism tests

  9. Hello Akkul Few pointers for FTE calculation 1. If there are different activities, then consider the volume and AHT for them separately to arrive at the total time required. 2. Generally for volumes, we do not consider the central tendency values. A good practice is to consider 85th percentile of the volume with an understanding that the team will be able to handle a stretched target of about 15 percentile 3. Whatever FTE number you get, it is also a good practice to apply a buffer of about 5-10% for trainings, team activities, reporting etc. 4. FTEs should be calculated separately for audits. The usual assumption is that audits will take half the processing time. However, it is best to do a time and motion study to determine it.
  10. There were some really well crafted answers to this question, however not all of them were approved as most of them were AI generated. Ironic, isn't it The best answer has been written by Sudhee. Well done! I would also recommend to review all published answers to get different perspectives.
  11. After reviewing all the answers, Akkul's answer has been selected as the best answer. Guess all respondents have hinted towards it, I will put it forward in very simple terms - 1. Audit is a non value adding activity, however, Audit by Design ensures that we do not spend additional time on this NVA 2. Audit by Design shifts the focus to prevention rather than correction.
  12. Seldom it happens that when we post a question, we get so many different examples for the same thing. It was a sheer pleasure to review all the different answers.
