There were very high chances that there would have been no winner for this question as most of the respondents were not able to clearly establish the linkage between knowledge management and competitive edge. However, there is one answer that establishes the linkage and hence has beeen selected as the winner. Well done Tushar Ghosh. P.S. The other aspect that I would have loved to see in the answers is how do you keep AI up to date with the change in the knowledge as all answers agreed that in andsence of AI, it is the pain point

Process Improvement
Hello Tapati Starting point would be identify the pain areas or the gaps or metrics that are missing the targets in the process. - use tools like VOC: see if there are any customer complaints - use VOB: see if there are any aspirational targets set by the HOD or Process Owners - look at the process dashboard to see if metrics are in danger - do a walkthrough of the process to identify bottlenecks and/or wastes Regards Mayank Gupta

Insightful answers to the question. The best answer is from Swapnil Madhav Chaukar. Well done! Answer from R Rajesh is also a recommended read. My 2 cents - The AI solution needs to be made a process document and like we revise process documents (e.g. - SIPOC, process maps, SOPs etc) after every process change, we need to revise the AI solution after every change!!
