Some guidelines that you can use for choosing the best provider are given below - Avoid providers who carry out Six Sigma training as a side business. There are few whose core business is very different and launch Six Sigma training when they have the resource and shut it down when these resources go missing. Avoid providers who provide Six Sigma training only through trainers who train as a part time occupation. The trainer and the company may not be available after some time. You may find it hard to explain to future employers where you have undergone the training. Avoid providers with questionable background and reputation. Look for genuine Industry Acceptance of the training and seek referrals. Ask for genuine success stories of participants. Check genuineness of feedbacks and (if you have a doubt) seek telephonic referral checks. Ensure global acceptance of the training provider and the curriculum. Verify that the provider offers next level programs and project support. Verify calendar dates and venue of announced programs and confirm the number of participants. You may not like to attend a program where you do not get a chance to interact with multiple viewpoints and understand multiple perspectives. Many providers do not have more than 10 participants. Look for cross-industry learning. Six Sigma is domain independent and you would not like to get stuck with domain specific inputs.
