Dear Vishwadeep, Your posts are always full of knowledge and a way ahead. Thank you. I am into training and is planning to do six sigma project. However, I am not able to identify it properly. As mentioned by you and Srinivas we do follow the same methodology and step in designing and implementing the entire training modules. It would be really great and helpful if you would focus more light for me.

Hi, Can anyone help with details about how to decide about the project whether it is six sigma project or lean project or a Kaizen. Is there some tool or calculation for the same ? Sorry to bother you guys in between of your discussion.
