Sir, This idea is great, but one suggestion. I have seen a big problem with professionals who undertake a training / course don't know how to apply it in their day to day implementation. They always land up in a dilemma and usually use incorrect tools / applications. So if you wish to run this exercise, a grid of applicability would be useful as well.

My Take on this question is simple instead of going on a long prone plan - Speak to executives of the company on the nice to have and must have on a broad perspective / goals Map current capabilities and gaps of the organization Execute one simple project (green / yellow) based on the must have to show the ROI Take buy-in from the executives and then go on a long prone plan

I feel it is more Lean Approach rather than Six Sigma. Secondly I have not heard of a problem statement / VOC which was defined and then a Six Sigma tools / methodology being deployed in the project. So it is a good example in Lean rather than Six Sigma.

Hello Mohan, My suggestion would be to 'Implement' and 'Demonstrate' approach rather than using a 'Concept', 'Implement' and 'Demonstrate' approach. There are misconceptions about Six Sigma in the service industry and management often finds it difficult to engage.
