Business Excellence is Provide a world class standard product/Service to customers at a good quality.
Business Excellence is the key in setting up the expectations for Operations, Process and People. There should be a clear vision on what the business has to achieve.
Business Strategy should go down and it is very important for operations to link their strategy with business and process to link t with operations. These strategies will decide what kind of skill set is needed for the organisation. Important to motivate people and provide opportunities to develop the right skill set and it becomes the personal excellence for people.
