It is all the tools which are powerful to understand the performance and helps us to know the gaps in performance. Our operational strategy as to come down as KPIs and it is important for any process to achieve or exceed the KPI. KPI is known as key performance indicators. These dashboards consists of different items pertaining to Quality and shared with management and operational teams. It drives performance and healthy competition.

Process Excellence is meeting or overachieving the key performance indicators in a sustainable way and meeting the expectations of the Operations. Operational Excellence is overall meeting the world class standard operations compared to your competitors with high productivity and quality and having a good work life balance. Business Excellence is Provide a world class standard product/Service to customers at a good quality. Business Excellence is the key in setting up the expectations for Operations, Process and People. There should be a clear vision on what the business has to achieve. Business Strategy should go down and it is very important for operations to link their strategy with business and process to link t with operations. These strategies will decide what kind of skill set is needed for the organisation. Important to motivate people and provide opportunities to develop the right skill set and it becomes the personal excellence for people.
