The web analytics is used to measure the customer behaviour while visiting any website. It is used to measure, collect data of customer visiting any website. Spending time, the interest of the customers and their choices during their visits, which will enhance better customer experience and target the right customer with correct recommendation in their next visit. It helps web based companies which do business online and are dependent on customers visiting their websites to get information or buy products from their website. There are many sites like YouTube, facebook, google, amazon, flipkart which use customer information to recommend them more products and give discounts to increase the revenue and customers visits.

Balanced scorecard is the performance management reporting system through which the performance of the team is evaluated. It is a right tool to check what the employees are lagging behind and whst are the leading indicators in which the team is performing well. It helps to monitor and increase the financial position of the company. Thos tool is also used to decide in the training requirements of the employee which can lead to the company growth as well as employees growth.

In my opinion, i would like to agree with the second option. When the people know 'what is in it for me' when we take their opinion. The acceptance of the product or success rate of the project increases. So, in my opinion, customer is king and the king makes the business successful. Therefore, second option is advisable.

I think this is a very crucial and important document which should be given importance while submitting the project. This also gives reference of the important decisions and steps taken during the project implementations phase. This will work as book keeping and guide for the future people taking care of the maintenance of thr project. This will help them to avoid making mistakes and taking mistake proofing steps.

Limitations of brainstorming session is that it can confuse people with so many ideas flooding into. We might not get the right resolution to the problem and moght get carried away with the idea provided by the most influential person or group. The way to overcome this issue is to note down the points and then prioritise them. Then filter the most relevant solution.

I think 5why is one of the ways of doing this.
