My name is  Swaminathan Iyer from Mumbai. Presently looking for immediate job opportunity. I am currently in sabbatical due to my father's ill health treatment & unfortunate demise.

My approach is for learning, gaining confidence & acquire an job position in Operations Lead Roles across, ITES/Banking/Manufacturing industry.

I am about to start my training for first time with Lean Six Sigma, request for inputs to have a approach & take aways as productive & useful learning from day one.
