Attribute Gage Study is a Measurement System Analysis (MSA) method that examines the bias and repeatability of an automated attribute measurement system (e.g. Go/No-Go or accept/reject etc.).
Attribute Agreement Analysis is the type of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) that is used to quantify how well an attribute (discrete) measurement system is working. It is a method to examine agreement between appraisers.
