July 23, 201312 yr Six Sigma Training More Preferred Than MBA Programs in Recent Poll Categorized in: Six Sigma News Aveta Business Institute's Poll Results Overwhelmingly Show That Employers Will Choose Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Applicants Over MBA Applicants When asked, work experience being equal, would you prefer to hire someone with an MBA or a Six Sigma Green Belt, 162 (87.1%) respondents stated they would prefer an MBA. When asked, if work experience being equal, would you prefer to hire someone with an MBA or a Six Sigma Black Belt, 161 (86.56%) respondents preferred the Six Sigma Black Belt. When the MBA was challenged by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a surprising 182 (97.8%) chose the Master Black Belt.

August 21, 201312 yr I completely agree with the points mentioned above. Lean Six Sigma is not just a methodology. It has become mandatory in various organizations for promotions. It is not just about the theory here, but it is very important to know that how it can be applied. Everybody wants to increase the efficiency, reduce the defects, remove the non value adds.. And Six Sigma helps in achieving these.
