  1. Once a participant has successfully completed the Green Belt program by clearing the Examination, he/ she can take up the next level (Black Belt training) anytime. Project completion after Green Belt is not a requirement for attending Black Belt training. There are a large number of participants who have been carrying out their first Six Sigma project as a Black Belt project.
  2. The result of the Examination is sent via email to all the participants individually within 48 hours. The certificate is dispatched via courier in next 10 working days.
  3. On the last day of the training, there is an 80 or 150 (for Green Belt or Black Belt respectively) question multiple-choice exam of 2 hours duration. The questions in the final exam cover content from all phases of the training. Participants who achieve an overall score of greater than 70% receive a certificate that indicates that they are competent as per the Exemplar Global (Previously RABQSA) Green Belt curriculum and criteria.

  5. Anybody who is a working professional/Graduate / Final Year Student can take up a Green Belt Program.
  6. The course duration of the Green Belt program is Four days. The training uses the DMAIC format, namely - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control phases. The Programs are held in both Weekday and Weekend Formats.

  8. The program starts with an Introduction on Yellow and Green Belt tools and techniques. Training methodology includes Lectures, Q/A, Small Group Discussions, Review Sessions, Exercises, Tests, Hands-on practical problems, Demonstration, Case Study, Live Demonstration, Simulation, Role Playing, Teaching Others, Guided Practice with Feedback, Brainstorming, Problem Solving and Article Discussions.
  9. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is the first step in the Six Sigma journey. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a four day workshop where the candidate progresses via the DMAIC framework to learn practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools using case studies and practice projects. The course provides practical knowledge and hands-on application experience on real-world problems. By the end of the program, candidates are ready to bring process improvements/ solve business problems using Six Sigma methodology.
