Hi VK, Process A : manual - 6 months data Process B: Automatic - machine - 4 months roughly 45 data points total continuous turn around time is being measured as focus point- to be improved (reduced) by X% by designing something. Hi Gopi, organization culture is a very BIG word. what is culture to one organization might be different to different organization... first define what is culture. a quality culture can be defined interms 1. certifications the company has received ( iso...) 2. Awards from 3rd party survey agencies 3. Awards from Quality bodies- outside usually a quality culture is evident from quality policy of the organization. next step: how is this quality culture implemented in the organization- is it alive and working or just in paper quality audits frequency quality results (KPI) exist in company? next step is identify: what sucess means to the company.... increasing profit or reducing wastage or reducing rework etc etc.. assessing all this and then measuring the outcome interms of points or yes/no questions will be a good place to start

Hi. step 1: Create a questionnaire ( each question should enable customer response to be measured on a scale rating of 1-4 (worst to best))... e.x.. a. did i answer your question b. how would you rate your user experience c. how satisfied are you with my response d. how relevant was my support all these answers on a scale of 1-4 can be collected and start measuring step 2: score each question Step 3: you have data step 4: construct a hypothesis Step 5: assign a confidence interval step 6: test the above questionnaire and see if it helps you identify exactly your top performer (accuracy of questionnaire) step 7. improve the questionnaire using the step 6 as a loop. step 8: standardize the questionnaire.(control) reward employee based on above .... hope this helped.
