Though my question may appear pretty novice, though I wished to confirm certain thing for my project in a service delivery environment for 70 people.

The process has a SLA for which we do receive day on day reports. I wanted to know if I can use the data for the same set of people to increase my sample size and calculate Process Capability. e.g.

                    A               30%

1 Jan            B                50%

                    C                45%

                    A                42%

2 Jan            B                 48%

                    C                  50%

and so on...

For process capability, you shall need either of the following.

• Continuous data and specification limits.
• Defects data and opportunities for error.
• Rolled throughput yield data (if it is a multi stage process)

The sample size for each type of data shall be different.
