ADKAR Model for is a Change Management tool that enables organizations to make effective changes by focussing on the key aspect of how information is shared with stakeholders during the project life cycle. It was introduced in 1990s by Prosci Research Organization and it stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.
