Kirkpatrick Model is widely used to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning programs. It works for both formal and informal training methods. It was developed by Donald Kirkpatrick (former Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin) in 1959. In the current version, it rates the training programs on four levels - reaction, learning, behavior and results.
