I am mentioning a few examples here. -streamlining the booking and confirmation process -enhancing customer experience without increasing cost. -reducing missed pick ups -reducing operating costs without affecting quality of service. -improving availability of cars without increasing cost. January 23, 201610 yr Hi I am facing driver back out and reduction in fleet issues regularly resulting in late and missed pickups. Iwant to take up a project on improving availability of cars without increasing cost. I have begun by monitoring the driver absenteeism and then recording the VOC for refusal, nothing concrete gathered. Kindly advise how to proceed.
August 2, 20178 yr Hi Arpita, Have you tried talking to drivers to take inputs on their reason for backing out? Engaging drivers in the effort is crucial. I am sure everyone wants to do a good job unless they have grievances that are not being heard or handled. (It is too late for a response for this post, but I am putting it here for useful reference by others. We are reviving this forum platform again now)
