Important Factors should be considered during analyzing: Usage of the roads Types of vehicles Peak timings Speed Limits Traffic diversions and intersections Now if we ask any customer would they will prefer to wait for 3-5 mins in red signal or to struck for about 30-45 mins in congestion/blockage? The answer will be definitely the first option. We all know that whenever we stuck up in such place then it takes how much time sometimes time will be in hours not in minutes. So for solutions, we should first find the general cause which leads to this situation and its frequency.
