Hi, For motivation in mode of QC we should gv chance to our advisors to listen their team member's call..bcoz they hv their own tenparament and friens works on it...in a waek we can arrange call listening session as well in which we can discuss the gud and bad points of our team ...we should gv chance to advisor in call listening session to share their views ,opinions, feedbacks and plan of actions. and with their majority select one guy who will lead them in quality.Bcoz if we do it ourself then others get demotivated so always try to utilize their views definitely it works. Even in my team my every advisor has individual and different role for team , so that no one should not realize that their is some partiality.
