    Hi everyone, I am working as a team leader in one of the call centers in Australia. I don't have much idea about 6 Sigma, neither had I attended any formal training in relation to this, so do you reckon it would be ok for me to go for Green belt straight or do I need to do some other course first ? Second thing, If I complete Green belt certification how will it be relavant to my job profile as I am working as TL from last 6 months & none of the TL's in my organisation are six sigma certified, not even operations manager. Moreover call center industry in Australia is like 10 years behind Indian call center industry & most of the people don't even know what six sigms is ? Lastly, can I apply for job in different field after completing Green belt certification ? Thank you, Regards, D Singh
