Dear Sir, I am working with a IT company which deals with online shopping portal. I work here as a trainer profile, wherein my job responsibility is to train sales force, regarding our portal which they need to sell, also I am supposed to motivate people in an organisation, teach them soft skills regarding sales and motivate them. I don't have any certification as a trainer as this is my first time as a trainer profile, before this I was there with the sales organisation but I really love this new job profile as a trainer and want to build my career in this field. I am a MBA with HR & Marketing as my major subject ( Dual Specialization ) Please guide me with some certification course that I need to have as a "certified Trainer" Eagerly waiting for your reply. with regards, Ravindra Singh Raikhola
