Hi- don't overwhelm yourself with word six sigma. In current scenario "Process improvement" is better term to keep it simple. Whatever knowledge and experience I have, i can easily say that most of the projects we take are half done by the time we draw our process flow diagram and do basic analysis like fishbone etc. So just take out some time every month to read your process and you will yourself get the ideas to improve the process you are in. Though people will not acknowledge it till the time its not in form of good ppt and business lingo but who cares.....
