Can i get a certification if i submit my Project to benchmark, which i initiated in GENPACT just before leaving the organization????? & is exam based certification recognized in the organizations?????

The basic difference between Lean & six sigma is,,,, In Lean we Attack a problem straight away & we know the solution also,,,, but in Six sigma,,, we dont know the root cause of the problem & we try to develop a robust solution to the root cause we identified,,,,

I am currently pursuining my regular MBA, & i am Six Sigma trained also at GE capital, & initiated a project also which later taken as a BB project, However i couldnot get certified as i left the company for MBA. Please guide me if i can get a GB certification now?????????

Eleminating Waste & continous process of improvement is the core of Lean which help achieve efficiency. Wastes are also of seven types as explained by TOYOTA like Duplication, over production etc.
