Hi Vishy, As we discuss Lean Six Sigma DMAIC in the present scenario we can do whatever we want. Think to Imagine in a company about 15 years back we actually drive and stick to six sigma. we work more than time. we have a Management guy we operate in a strict discipline with across the company. we as a whole we cut cost, time and Improvement. Today we found that the company is full of Perfectness. I would elaborate Perfectness in the sense. the product which is made is 100% Flawless.The products are made in Hand Skilled Product. We have crossed the Rubicon without our Knowledge that the products which are made now are simply superb. But you have stick on to time and then distribution and other Parameters. Now I wonder is this Six Sigma!

Hi, Trainig and development not only takes you to Cross section of the Projects we have to admit that we get smart and smarter when we learn things practically. I suppose when we understand the learning of Six Sigma we are are not put in a study room where we learning and becoming a Green Belt or a Black Belt. We are going through a process which is to be where we should be aware of it. I suppose I am not following the path of the process which is very narrow. Hi, Nitin it is now count down in the family of buisness. we have no short fall in the on going buisness. we have gone through ups and down and the process of bringing down the fag end and cutting down the entire monetary scenario and the opposite direction Economic which going down on all angles I consider that we have to have a sustain growth in the economy which in turn not only redusing the process of cutting cost we have to have a growth which is 7.5% we are standing good i suppose we have regular banking policy and industrial growth and Foreighn investment .
