Dear Team, Good Afternoon...!!! In case if we come across a project wherein development is desired out of a process... And we have no standards or baselines to adhere to or compare with. The challenge is to attain excellence for the process however there is no reference, for such an instance what is expected out of us? Is it: a) Focus on making things Leaner with existing mechanism/process? b) Work around and formulate the SLAs/Standards/Masters to come to an evaluative measurement phase? P.S. Limited Time Frame. Dear Team, Greetings of the day...!!! We have got to do a Cluster Sampling Method for a data that we have received, however the number volume is different from each Cluster. How to address this issue and what will be our calculation approach for the same? Since it is being noticed, that we have different sample size for different locations and there are gross differences also between them. Kindly suggest the technicality or the method to calculate/consider a streamlined sample size. What is the formula? Regards.
