And we have no standards or baselines to adhere to or compare with. The challenge is to attain excellence for the process however there is no reference, for such an instance what is expected out of us? Is it: a) Focus on making things Leaner with existing mechanism/process? b) Work around and formulate the SLAs/Standards/Masters to come to an evaluative measurement phase? P.S. Limited Time Frame.
