Hurdles I can think of - Organization restructure : The new Management wants to bring in the best practices from the previous organization without evaluating the current environment - Inability to transfer the knowledge of lessons learned to the new team or organization - Outsourcing - Moving data from one sharepoint to the other (Data Repository) - Conflicts in Higher Management - Resistance to Knowledge sharing - Change management : Resistance from the project/team member to move through the change
