                         My name is Sasikumar and  working as a consultant in a courier company.Recently I had finished the GB certification and I am in the process of searching a project.Unfortunately my company is not intersted in six sigma activities.Will you please refer any one in the same courier or logistics or any suitable industry so that I can definetly finish a project before appearing for BB or is there any way to source a project like refering a website..etc

My advice to you would be to insist further your company on letting you carry a Six Sigma project. As a plus, you can forecast and demonstrate business potential or revenue generation in Six Sigma methodologies. You can propose them to improve

a) Turn Around Time

Order Tracking

c) Optimal use of Logistics 

d) Saving transortation cost

e) Automation leading to lower human involvement (hence saving cost)

Hey all!!! Am Krishnan working as a procurement consultant for Spend management solution. I heard this lean management and six sigma from my peers in my company and got attracted to this . And moreover my experience in corporate sector is 2+ years. i have doubt whether these things can be pursued by guys like me ? and one more thing is how it'll boost my career,in the way will companies recruit the guys with these certifications ? and if so with gud packages? This question may be bit awkward,but what to do..these things are running in my mind from past few days. . .
