The area of Distribution of Electrical Energy and consumer stisfication  now a days is important isuue.there are  n no of demands from consumers and various consumer organaisation.Better Electrical Energy Management systems are also functions key role in nations economical growth.If my friends already working in this field please discuss to enrich knowledge  and for best service to consumers.

How six sigma has been used in MSEDCL , may be elaborated for information and benefit of all

Lean is helpful to cut down the wastages. There is shortage power generated and for managing grid particularly during peaks, lean can be used. Also forecasting can be improved using six sigma. More areas can be covered using proper process mapping and leadership. Six Sigma can also help in improving maintenance practices of systems. 

Electricity becomming the most critical challange ot the age now because if not managed properly atleast now, it may start working anti social principles and its economy.

We at Rel Energy have made Six Sigma as part of our DNA and Quantum Improvements are achieved using Synergy between ISO and Six Sigma.

In my opinion, India is poised to take up the challenge of implementing Six Sigma in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution .

The only way to implement Six Sigma effectively is that CEO/CMD chairs the Review Meetings and gives the priority to effective ISO/QMS/EMS Implementation.

Im vidyashannkar, my UG is in BE- Electrical engineering and my PG is ME- Industrial engineering, I WOULD LIKE TO DO MY FINAL YEAR PROJECT IN ELECTRICAL ENERGY MANAGEMENT USING LEAN SIXSIGMA CONCEPT, I have only the concept please guide me how to do this project, is it posssible to do in a power generation unit. iam intrested and ready to move any place to get this project done.. help me by allowing me to do the above project in your concern if possible.
