December 20, 20196 yr I have done project on analysis of productivity of employee . In my view Maintenance Department keeps Machine productivity at optimum level by preventive Maintenance , the Same way HR can play important role in identifying the company goals were not achieved due to many reasons but how much by employee not contributing on Daily / Monthly / Quarterly basis by keeping a note on daily performance of employees at Shop floor and Monthly achievement of targets by staff level employees . Project was successfully completed and the results appreciated by directors . Focus on Employee productivity and delivery from HR perspective.
