Hi SJ,

I've compeleted my BB Training and Project certification from Benchmark and currently i am in a MBB Role, while i was considering to go for a MBB training i came across one of your posts on this site that indicates that one should go for a DFSS BB after DMAIC BB.

What i wanted to understand is whether i should do my MBB Certification and training first considering I'm already BB certified on DMAIC or would DFSS be a better option for me prior to MBB?

Besides this will a MBB Training cover DMAIC and DFSS both which will take care of the above?

Also when will the next batch for MBB or DFSS start in Mumbai?

Dear Karan, 

Most of the DFSS tools are covered in MBB. The next batch of MBB is announced for Chennai. Next MBB for Mumbai is not yet scheduled.
