  1. Dfss Bb Or Mbb, Which Training To Attend First?

    Hi SJ, I've compeleted my BB Training and Project certification from Benchmark and currently i am in a MBB Role, while i was considering to go for a MBB training i came across one of your posts on this site that indicates that one should go for a DFSS BB after DMAIC BB. What i wanted to understand is whether i should do my MBB Certification and training first considering I'm already BB certified on DMAIC or would DFSS be a better option for me prior to MBB? Besides this will a MBB Training cover DMAIC and DFSS both which will take care of the above? Also when will the next batch for MBB or DFSS start in Mumbai? Thanks, Karan
