How can Six Sigma be conducive to various small media shops serving to small and medium enterprises? December 26, 200916 yr Author Dear Abhishek, As you might be aware, Six Sigma is not about organisational certification. Six Sigma is a methodology for business improvement. A small media shop can benefit well by focusing on key processes and reducing defects. Common defect examples here are - errors in copy, graphic or any content element; erroneous placement or delay in placement of ads, delay in response. Hope this helps. More questions are welcome.
