Dear Members,

I wanted to know the method to calculate the Opportunity in Six Sigma.

For instance,I have an application form that has 20 fields and each field has an opportunity to make error then what are the opportunities....

How far should we go ahead to determine the opportunities for error?

Hello Niranjan,

Opportunities should be same as the number of inspection check list items prepared by a subject matter expert for the process. Generally companies concur to take only the critical elements as opportunities.
