January 19, 201016 yr Hi everybody . ...does anyone have inputs on humansigma? how is it similar to six sigma and what are the areas we can use it.Any examples or details?
April 1, 201016 yr Hi Tushar, This topic has emerged from a Gallup study that resulted in a book "Human Sigma: Managing the Employee-Customer Encounter"Although their are a lot of welcome thoughts and concepts, the book does not provide detailed approach on "how to" go about improving human sigma. It does not seem that the topic has matured enough yet. It relates a lot to measuring effectiveness or satisfaction in employee-customer encounters. You can read more in the book. Regards, VK
July 10, 201312 yr Like Six Sigma, Human Sigma focuses on reducing variability and improving performance. But while Six Sigma applies to processes, systems, and output quality, this approach looks at the quality of the employee-customer encounter, weaving together a consistent method for assessing it and a disciplined process for managing and improving it.
