Algorithmic Bias (or AI bias or machine learning bias) is a repeatable decision that is systematically unfair or biased to an individual or to a group. Such a bias usually arises due to skewed data used in training, flawed design of the algorithm or the manner in which the algorithm executes.

Q 676. With a higher focus on AI and tech based solutions in Lean Six Sigma projects, there is also a new problem that is arising - Algorithmic Bias. Explain it with some examples. How does one prevent this bias in tech based solutions.
