Monotony in turn depends on extent of standardization at the work place which increases when more Lean Six Sigma projects are done. If there are more people like Mark, there will be more Lean Six Sigma projects. He expects Mark to join the dots. Any views on this one?

November 15, 20196 yr Agreeing to the bench statement that more lean six sigma leads to standardization but standardization leads to simplification and integration of multiple similar process. When activities are standardised organization can leverage on eliminating the duplicate efforts and automation. Employees has the option to upskill themselves and help organization's growth.

December 3, 20196 yr In the above example it is stated that Standardization is leading to Monotony, we need to find out if Standardization is the only cause of Monotony, there may be many other reasons for Monotony. Assuming that Standardization is the desired goal, if it is leading to Monotony, then we need to find out how can we reduce monotony by making the work more exciting.
