Is Six Sigma the only certification available for business processes other than IT. Six-Sigma is more an efficiency measure, I understand.

For non IT processes, how do you measure the maturity and capability of a process?

IT industry has CMM certification with levels. What about functions like accounting, HR etc.?

ISO is available but is more of a System Certification than Process.

For Non IT processes, capability can be assessed using Sigma Level. This measure of process performance works for functions like accounting, HR as well.
