hi I am robin rajaji from bb group Sept 10,in regard to mistake proofing I have observed that in high speed machines where precision is mandatory v implemented video capturing of these machine parts and played at decr frame rate and showed our team who then could come up with more precise actions of poka yoke in machine component.

I agree. Studying the video capture frame by frame is a good method to identify process detail and can lead to mistake proofing ideas.
