Hi Anoop,

Operational definition written for a CTQ - It should be written in a manner that eliminates the possibility of ambiguity or misunderstanding. This definition may include reference to a standard or a diagram (or may even be supported by SIPOC or in-scope/ out-of-scope explanation) if needed.
