In the age of cut throat competition and wafer-thin profit margins, polishers are bound to concentrate on efficiency level of both workers, processes and also technology to improve the final weight yield of diamonds, its purity, cut grades so to say symmatry and also color to some extent. In the Recent years, some conscious Manufacturers have shown tendency to offer performance oriented pays and incentives to their workers, deploy advanced technology, improve working environment and so on.
