This is a very good example of six sigma application , the final result is no defects and customer satisfaction , we can use N no of tools and can make process very complecated but that is of no use , this is a very good example of a organised organisation whose organisation cost is even nill , I guess even in six sigma we always focusing on the easiest way to do all the complicated problems.
