Minitab 15 : Create Gage R&r Study Worksheet
Hi Mr Bala, Your explanation clarifies my doubt. So, it acts as a guideline for deciding the sequence of runs used "to eliminate any systematic error from affecting the measurements"..... As stated in Help example in Minitab, the Operator 1(3 operators) tests the Part 3(then part 14)(15 parts) as 1st Run(system generated order). I have the Agent, the Part mentioned(to be measured) & Run Oder(the sequence...flow). How will Std Order help. Would appreciate if can be explained. Once again, thank you for the assistance.... Gud times....Kiran Varri

Minitab 15 : Create Gage R&r Study Worksheet
While using this option in Minitab 15, the 4 columns : StdOrder, RunOrder, Parts & Operators actually do not give the measured values. i.e the actual measurements. Then how is this option helpful in day to day life of a SixSigma Professional....guidance appreciated.... Gud times... Kiran Varri (www.kiranvarri.blogspot.com)
