Hi Mani, Even I had the same query until i started a sample mini project in my office sapce. 1. Select a messy area and take a snap of its current status. 2. Try to segregate things and set a place to it by making a mark with yellow sticker. 3. Label it. 4. Take a picture of it as AFTER, circulate it to your team and your BOSS. 5. YOU will get lot of appreciations and assignments to work on. (You can start with it from your Photocopy machine)have seperate places marked for your WANTED and UNWANTED papers. A shadow marking for your stapler or clips near the machine)Have a message about saving paper and thats it. Jus roll the message around...Your mini 5S initiative is ready.
